Located in southern Maine, Skylemar offers an unforgettable experience where you can lead, teach, coach, and mentor kids—all while being part of a creative, supportive, and active community.

Applicants must have completed at least one year of college. While Skylemar is a boys’ sports camp, we hire staff of all genders who are passionate about youth development and eager to contribute to our team.
Requirements
Applicants must have completed at least one year of college or a gap year equivalent. We are unable to directly sponsor international applicants.
